Bura Brew - AMBER ALE

Writer's picture: CraftonomistCraftonomist

It pours brown/amber color with a thin, off-white head. The ABV (alcohol level) stands at 5,8%, which suits this medium- bodied Amber syle beer. It gives off a moderate, sweet but malty aroma with notes of caramel. You can feel the sugary taste with hints of bitternes in the after taste, resulting in an average duration.

The brewery's name "Bura," in English, is a term in Croatian used to describe the strong winds that sweep across the adriatic sea, usually ocurring in the winter. Contrarily, this was one of my more favorable drinks during the summer! It's light, elegant and easy making it perfect for hot summer days!

It would go nice with a pizza on a snazzy summer sunset!
